A Unwanted Life With Few Freedoms
by Alexander Lee RavenwolfPM MemberMember Profile on Sat, 2 Nov 2013 14:49

When he had awakened to his strange alien powers and abilities, Alexander Lee Ravenwolf had no choice, but to leave the life he lived sense the day he was found two years after he had disappeared, and now he is in some top secret place somewhere he don't know in America.
Alexander was told that he was the last to awakened to his powers and abilities, and due to being new to the place, he much obey to rules and get along with his teachers and trainers, and don't cause trouble.
Room 99 is the room he'll be staying in and he was told that he'll later met his room mate.
Alexander could see that room is some what a mess as he carefully step over the mess heading to the unoccupied half of Room 99 and put his backpack on to the bed, and pick up a letter and begin to read.

Room Mate
by Jade DarvisonPM MemberMember Profile on Mon, 25 Aug 2014 14:03

Mostly his head hurt. Yet the delousing powder made his skin feel like it was on fire. They. The people in uniforms had found him sleeping in a large drainage pipe near a river whose named he did not know. He'd woken in some kind of hospital room... only he wasn't sure if it was a hospital room. There we're strange devices and half of the gadgets and gizmos we're clearly strange. His head hurt because someone in a uniform had hit him with an oxygen bottle. The someone had hit him with an oxygen bottle because... there had been a struggle. The doctors had been taking off his clothes and in terror they had discovered he was covered in fleas... and strange sores hidden by his clothing. One was looking thru his wallet and murmurred... "this kid has a fake I.D. he can't be more then 12... his file says..." The other doctor laughed. "That file says this kid is about dum as a rock... somebody most have been helping him in the underground." Taking a lance from a shiny metal table the other doctor set himself to exploring one of the puss oozing sores. That woke him. He was in a strange place surrounded by strange people in uniforms. It would have been nice to say the fight was epic... but in truth it lasted no more then thirty seconds... no one died and.... there was nothing really epic about it. When he woke again they were housing him down and someone on speakers was telling him what was what. He didn' t like the sound of it. For the momment he would go along. The men in uniforms lead him to room 99 and he entered to find an older boy reading a book. Thumbing himself he slurred like a hobo'ian train hopper. "Name's Jade and that's no girl's name see... if ya think it iss... do'se be the kind of fighting words that start wars ya can't finish and I'm from akramor."

Alexander looked up from reading the book at the voice and then went back reading, "Mine's Alexander," he said as he turned a page of the book while he felt a side of him-self stirred a bit within him causing his eyes to give off a faint eerie glow.

Clean Room
by Jade DarvisonPM MemberMember Profile on Tue, 26 Aug 2014 05:24

Satisfied that the older boy wasn't going to make fun of his name he relaxed. He wanted to get that out of the way. The old man had told him it was called a precedent. Set a precedent. Hold and make it true. Unceremoniously he sat down on the floor and looked around the room. The faint errie glow around the older boys eyes fascinated him for a momment. "Alexander eh, shiny eyes like that would be handy in the underground." He shudders looking beyond the older boy. "clean in ere. so clean, everything wiped down, dusted, mopped, handled, no danger of filth or disease.... sheesh gimme a good wet cave' this place isfourda pigs." Then he realized they had cut his hair short that he was bald. Jumping to his feet in rage he growled... "I ain't their bleamin' poodle, shave me bald eh. keep me as a pet eh, teach me wha's what." He was half way towards the door before the throbbing of the bump on his head brought him down to his knees. The sores on his flesh throbbed with the pain... matched it in rhythm and burst. An ooze of puss and blood seeping into his clothing. Holding himself still in the pain. He rocked slightly pushing it away from deep inside. Then slowly he stood and faced Alexander. "I've ghat to gat outta ere"

Alexander looked up from reading the book and made a face of disgust when his highly enhanced sense of smell pick up the scent the younger boy is giving off. "Damn, I wish those in charge give me a different room to stay in that has someone who's clearer," he said as he quickly closed the book fallowed by deep spine-chilling animalistic growl as another part of him reacting to the odor. Alexander put the book down onto the bed as he stood up "You won't get very far smelling like shit," while he is trying to keep him-self under control "and this place has way too many guards and cameras watching every move we make as well a lot guard dogs outside patrolling the electrified fence that has barbed wires on the top." Alexander begin to pace back and forth growling and mumbling in his native language belonging to one of the many Native American tribes.

Portals
by Jade DarvisonPM MemberMember Profile on Thu, 28 Aug 2014 20:19

Instinctively he took a step back upon Alexander's growl. No matter to all the things he had been thru... there was alot that still frightened him. He hadn't learned to fight... and even then for some reason there simply was not much of an urge to do so in him. There was only the desire to get somewhere safe to find the old bum whom was his teacher. That teacher had told him about portals... about areas of the world where one could slip into other realities and emerge changed. He wasn't sure exactly how to open one but the old man had said he'd be able to do it someday without even thinking about it. To travel realms of existence without even a glimpse of resistance. Captivated in the thought he doesn't hear the mention of his smell and simply responds to the obsacles. Dreamy eyed he asks, "Do you know how to open a portal? Some of the native language the older boy speaks he recognizes from the bums ramblings. Yet then merely words without understanding. Then slowly realization slides over him to question whether he smelled. So digging his head into his armpit he sniffed. All he could smell was the detergent the uniforms had sprayed him down with. His clothes had been replaced... yet the strange scent of his sores and the fresh puss did indeed emit a foul odor. Sighing his shoulders slumped in defeat. "Dey'cant clean me upph and they tried".

Alexander quickly whirled towards the nearest wall and slammed his fist into the wall causing small cracks to appear upon the impact of his fist onto the wall, and then when he removed his fist from the wall while he is breathing heavily as his hand heals very quickly from the damage. Alexander quickly headed towards the door and test the handle "Dart, the door is locked," and then he went to the bathroom's door, went in and begin to check the bathroom over, "Darn, air vent is too small." Alexander came out of the bathroom, took off his left boot and threw it at the camera, knocking the camera out of place causing it to come crashing down onto the floor, and then he quickly put back his left boot on, and quickly moved next to one side of the door to wait.

Wall
by Jade Darvison on Fri, 29 Aug 2014 12:02

Characteristically confused he walks towards the cracked wall Alexander had punched. He did not know how to open a portal. Yet he imagined that it had to do with energy he could'nt see and tiny moving things. The emotion of Alexander hitting the wall with his fist might have started something he might be able to pry open a bit further. Closing his right eyelid he eyed the spot intently with his left eye. Lookng at the cracks and imagining each was crackling with tiny moving cockroaches of energy. He could almost see it. Almost. Putting his hand over the spot he tickled the area with a spiraling motion. Connecting with what he imagined a weakness between realms. Moving his hand away from he wall he pulled the fabric and twisted it in spirals. The little energy roaches forming little tornados and weather systems over the spot. Feeling like he was getting somewhere he turned away to Alexander. "locked, too small and da boot!" he smiled. Stepping away from the wall he dragged the fabric of reality with him in it's twisting inferno. Strangely the sores of his flesh seemed to no longer hurt. He felt alive and confident. In this exhuberance he whistled... and the whistling made the air as butter. He thought he heard footsteps moving towards the door. Then he lost his grip and the fabric slipped like a rubber banded slingshot back towards it's original spot. Compelled by force the wall rippled and distorted... still twisting and spiralling. If it wasn't a portal it surely was something. The twelve year old Jade laughed astonished at his own feat. Getting a runnng start he leapt. Directly into the swirling eye of what just might be a portal. A portal he had opened.

The door opened and Alexander is hidden right behind the door, and before the guard see the younger boy has done, Alexander slammed him-self against the door, knocking and stunning the guard long enough to give the younger boy a head start. Alexander quickly back off as the wall returned to normal while the second guard came in helping the one whom Alexander stunned. Well, at least he'll get caught some time later and put back here again, and I'll have get use to his smell, Alexander said within his mind, We could of escape as well, another voice said within Alexander's mind, Shut it, Xan, I know you'll love to kill every Human who are in charge of this place and free the others, but for now there is still a lot things for us to learn and master, Alexander said to his other half of him-self, Ok, Alex, I'll not harm any Humans until we're ready.

A portal to nowhere.
by Jade Darvison on Tue, 2 Sep 2014 15:09

He was well within the swirling tunnel before he thought to look back. Not only was the older boy not behind him but the tunnel had seemingly closed behind him. It was filmy like oil in water but in the split second he glanced back he could just make out the outlines of the room. Turning his attention back ahead he realized he was flying. The walls of the tunnel we're swirling and no tighter then the sewer pipe the uniforms had found him. The only light came from behind him and shortly that vanished and darkness fell. If he hadn't been travelling homeless for so many months... hadn't faced the idea of death and bugs and the many horrors of the road... he wouldn't have been ready for something like this. There was no telling if he'd emerge in the same world... or in some strange reality.... or some thing like impact with the walls would kill him instantly. All was uncertain. That had been his life for awhile. Smiling he faced that reality alone in the darkness. For there was one thing about that kind of uncertainty. Anything could happen. A slight fear that he'd be slingshotted back into the room behind him came and left. It seemed nothing was going to happen and this was something in and of itself. Without anything else to do he reached out seeking to touch the walls of the tunnel. His hand encountered something fluid and yet solid... a sort of goop. Turning his body he stood in the goop without sinking. The tunnel still existed in both directions and it rippled slowly under his feet in the darkness. Laughing suddenly he decided to name this place "Nowhere". He existed nowhere between the reality of the room behind him and who knows where... some place else. His laugh echoed down the tunnel back towards the room he'd left. Yet it was barely audible a human would not likely have heard it.

Alexander is sitting on right-side bed being watched by two armed guards while the camera is being replace and being interrogated by one of the people in white lab coats, Alexander told her that Jade has escaped by making a tunnel that is already too late because it is already closed. The woman swore and quickly leaved the room to tell her boss to get the Hunters out to track down the younger boy who has escaped, and bring him back alive and unharmed.

Nowhere Hands
by Jade Darvison on Mon, 8 Sep 2014 12:38

For about two seconds he wrestled with the ethics of stealing. Then his mind wandered and battle plans present and future took over. His hand thrust forth out of nowhere to seize the bottle of coca-cola inside the fridge. Smiling he half sung "nowhere hands... the hands which come from nowhere." It had been about twenty minutes and he'd gotten thirsty. The ethics scheme rolled over his mind like a stream of credits... or a camera panning over a long zipper that never opened. Interlocking teeth gnashed together tightly. He wasn't a theif. He'd got without on his journey. Mostly gone without Coca-Cola... and as far as he now figured he was now a guest. Still he had taken the precaution of interacting with somewhere inside the fridge. So as not to be seen. That made him feel a bit like a thief. COKE in hand he made his way back to he room Alex was in. Above all else the older boy was the only one he knew in this place. Perhaps he should have grabbed an extra soda. There would likely be time later. Five minutes IN his eyes had adjusted to the darkness.. Ten minutes IN and he'd figured out how to move around more freely. Five minutes later he'd discovered the small kitchen and that brought to moment back to the present. Retracing the tunnel back to Alex's room he maneuvered closer to the ceiling. Nowhere distance wasn't the same as somewhere distance. The ratio was something like every 1 ft of somewhere distance was 20ft of nowhere distance. When standing near non-solid matter like air nowhere thinned to a filmy glass. This with a little effort he could penetrate. He didn't like lying to Alex... but he had to make sure any listeners got the wrong idea. Calling from the ceiling he cried, "hey alex, I think I might be dead... something went terribly wrong went I went thru the tunnel. But if I'm just a spirit I'll have a look around and see what these awfull people are really up to. Ok?"

Alex was relaxing on the bed after the guards and the people in white lab coats has left, and yelped at the same time leaping off the bed at hearing Jade's voice. "Whoa, what the?" Alex said with surprise as he looked up at Jade after he has leaped off the bed, and once he calmed down, Alex quickly went back laying on the bed "You better be careful, I heard some of the guards walking by the room talking about some Hunters being released to find you, and if your a ghost now lets hope the Hunters don't have the power to make you become unghosted."

Unghosted
by Jade DarvisonPM MemberMember Profile on Mon, 22 Sep 2014 06:21

"That would be a riot", Jade mused aloud. "Getting un-ghosted after being d-flea-d." Then revulsion reached him on Alex's composure. "I really don't get you? Where's your fight? Why dontcha wanna get the flood out of here. What's the what? I mean like come'on I'm all ghosty and we could be like some sort of superhero team. Or adventuring party. Staying here and they might decide to experiment on us, take a good long totally dead us on a laboratory table. Or worse yet train us to be assasians and killers of those like us. That's sounds like about much a good idea as being servants of hippies. Sheesh Man! Hunters smunters!!"

Alex looked at Jade "I have my own plans that don't involve them controlling me and I letting them think they have control over me long enough for me to learn some skills that will be useful for me to use to get my revenge on those who ruined my life, and you have no idea what the aliens have done to me, and those aliens are going to learn that it is not wise to mess around with the Human race and nature."
